These Terms of Sale govern the sales of services offered by TresorXpedition to professional and individual customers.
TresorXpedition offers the following paid services:
Essential features of each service are described on the corresponding pages of the site.
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included) for individuals and excluding taxes (excl. VAT) for professionals.
TresorXpedition reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Applicable prices are those in effect at the time of order.
Promotional offers are valid within the limits of the conditions indicated.
The order is considered validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer.

Payments are secured by our payment provider. TresorXpedition does not store banking data.
Subscriptions are automatically debited according to the chosen periodicity (monthly or annual). The User can cancel their subscription at any time from their profile.
Services are accessible immediately after payment validation. Access is through the User's Account.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content provided with the consumer's agreement and whose execution has begun before the end of the withdrawal period.
By accepting these Terms of Sale and requesting immediate access to the service, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
Professionals do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
TresorXpedition commits to providing services in accordance with their description. In case of proven service malfunction, the Customer may contact support to obtain a resolution or, if applicable, a pro-rata refund.
TresorXpedition cannot be held liable in case of:
In any case, TresorXpedition's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the service concerned.
The Customer may terminate their subscription at any time. Termination takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
TresorXpedition may terminate the subscription in case of violation of ToS or Terms of Sale, after formal notice remaining without effect for 15 days.
